Chinese Chrono Trigger for NES

Leave it to Chinese pirates and hackers to create an oldschool NES version of Chrono Trigger. There’s even Chinese Final Fantasy 7 for NES out there! I wonder if there are any English-language sites that focus entirely on these strange Chinese knockoffs. Here are some more pics and some info.

This is terrible. He cheated to get the best equipment and impossibly high stats and was still subject to luck to beat the final boss.

I read his article about FF7 NES, I didn’t know he did one for CT too. I’ll have to give it a look. What’s up with these games being so ridiculously hard and tedious and annoying? After all the hard work of making the game, do they not want people to play them? Or is it a case of where they simply want to sell copies and don’t care how the user feels when actually playing it after the sale is done?

It a shame, who ever done that should have looked more at Final Fantasy III (Lol at everyone who think it 6) and use it to hack the battle system, fat chocobo system and the following system, it even have a SHITLOAD of music and THREE FUCKING MAP!!! (Lol, huge water world X_x)
