While usually I agree with this method, in this case - at least in the two cases where I know the names for sure - it gives the wrong pronounciations. ;-)
For 加藤正人, it gives Shoujin Kato as the reading when it is Masato Kato, and gives 光田康典 as Yasusuke Mitsuta, when it is really Yasunori Mitsuda in this case. ;-)
I posted this question on a Japanese Chrono Series fan board, hopefully someone there knows the correct names.
Another thing you could do is search Square pages in English to see if any of the people have worked on other games, or if there is a ローマ字 version of this list anywhere...though I couldn't find any.
This is why giving the correct reading of Japanese names you don't know personally is one of the *hardest* things to do with 100% accuracy.
