Well, it depends on what you want to interpret his Kansai-ben as. Something like American South? I found something here that happened to indicate that "This is right delicious" is Appalachian English. Maybe, taking it in another direction, "This is right scrumptious!"?

This is something that's really hard to indicate in an English translation, just because of the realities of dialects in both Japanese and English.

Hmm...here's a thought. "ain't" is often a marker of a "bumpkinish" dialect...I suppose you might try "Hey! This ain't bad!"
