It's not completely obvious, but you can jump onto the top of this house if
you press A when you're standing on that little part of ground that sticks out.
Once you jump onto the building, you'll have access to a couple shops.

Buy stuff and feed dragons.

This scenario is pretty straightforward. Watch out for Soul Cage's Inferno attacks,
they're pretty strong and have a wide range.
