Feed your dragons, buy equipment. Then get ready for the next scenario.
You're going to need a party with as many light armor knights as possible.
Put Sajin in that party if you have him. You'll also need a few other parties
that can use thunder techs and magic. Make sure these parties have decent
movement ranges. This next scenario can be easy or REAL hard - set up your
formation intelligently like I've outlined here, and you can make it easier
on yourself.

At first glance, this scenario looks simple; there are only 4 enemy parties. If you
believe that though, you are sorely mistaken. See all those gargoyle statues on the
level? THEY CAN COME TO LIFE! And if they do, they'll have insanely high HP.
Seeing as how there's approximately 15 of them, this level can be the worst in the
game.
So obviously, what you want to do is to break the statues before they can brought
to life. That is your most important goal. Your light armor group should be
able to speed around the map, and with Sajin's Raiden attack, you have a nice-sized
lightning tech. As soon as you can, take out the clusters of statues at the top of
the level. If you're good, you can take out 3 or 4 statues at once.
Watch out though, once all the statues have been brought to life or destroyed,
the Lucrecs will start using Gigashock Lv. 10 on nearby good guys. These
attacks are devastating - stay away! Take out the Ring Commander enemies first.
